1. The Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks and the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife establish, as Schedules to this Order under section 9 of the Act respecting threatened or vulnerable species (chapter E-12.01), the list of threatened or vulnerable vascular plant species which are likely to be so designated and the list of threatened or vulnerable wildlife species which are likely to be so designated.
